1.前輪下擺臂平衡拉桿(原車必備配件)
——設(shè)計(jì)安裝于前橋與前輪的單獨(dú)連接,主要作用是負(fù)責(zé)控制前輪的內(nèi)外側(cè)傾角;
2.方向前束平衡拉桿(原車必備配件)
——設(shè)計(jì)安裝于兩邊的前輪下擺臂上,控制方向前輪的整體對(duì)稱。主要作用是負(fù)責(zé)前輪的前傾角,保持方向輪的循跡能力;
3.前輪避震塔塔頂平衡拉桿(港澳俗稱:頂巴。選裝件)
——設(shè)計(jì)安裝于前避震塔塔頂?shù)奈恢蒙稀V饕饔檬窃鰪?qiáng)機(jī)艙與前部車身的剛性,抵消離心橫向扭力造成的車架形變(嚴(yán)重時(shí)的形變能造成塔頂撕裂),改善車輛的過(guò)彎能力,提高過(guò)彎速度,減小車身受離心力作用而產(chǎn)生的側(cè)傾角度;
4.前底橫梁平衡拉桿(俗稱:前底吧。選裝件)
——設(shè)計(jì)安裝于前橋與車架底盤(pán)前方的連接部位。主要作用是增強(qiáng)前底橫梁(前橋)與底盤(pán)的連接強(qiáng)度,減小離心力與車身扭曲造成的前橋位移形變,其主要作用同樣是改善過(guò)彎性能;
5.后輪避震塔塔頂平衡拉桿(俗稱:后頂吧。選裝件)
——設(shè)計(jì)安裝于后避震塔塔頂?shù)奈恢蒙稀V饕饔檬窃鰪?qiáng)車尾箱的強(qiáng)度,減小車廂后部由于離心力造成的橫向扭曲,減小過(guò)彎時(shí)車尾部的側(cè)傾度,提高車輛過(guò)彎性能;
6.后橋懸掛增強(qiáng)平衡拉桿(俗稱:后底吧。選裝件)
——設(shè)計(jì)安裝于后橋與車架底盤(pán)后方的連接位置上。主要作用是加強(qiáng)后橋與車架的連接強(qiáng)度;
7.車架(車身)底盤(pán)增強(qiáng)平衡拉桿(組件)
——設(shè)計(jì)安裝于車架底盤(pán)的中間部位,主要作用是加強(qiáng)車架底盤(pán)的整體剛性。

平衡桿的取材非常講究,不是普通鋼材所能輕易取代。既要求質(zhì)量盡量輕,又要求其配合車身材料的硬度,達(dá)到與之剛?cè)岵?jì)而形成一個(gè)融洽的整體。
不同底盤(pán)設(shè)計(jì)的車型,通常不能以其他車型的配件隨意代用。
發(fā)生嚴(yán)重碰撞事故后,相關(guān)產(chǎn)生形變的平衡桿及其組件,應(yīng)當(dāng)全部更換,而不是用加熱矯正就可以完全修復(fù)的,否則,即便修正復(fù)位,但材質(zhì)本身的變化,也會(huì)影響到高速行駛的安全和穩(wěn)定性。
